Fleet Coordinator

As we expand our operations in North India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets globally, we are seeking a motivated Fleet Coordinator (Contractual) for our Delhi location. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our team, driving the company's success to the next level, and directly influencing our growth. The expected start date for this position is within the Month of August 2025. This role involves extensive travel and oversight of backend operations, including assigning buses to various routes, coordinating driver and host schedules with bus partners, and reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of Flix's services, encompassing bus operations, logistics, ground operational excellence, data analysis, and vendor management processes. Responsibilities include coordinating driver and host schedules, managing bus assignments, handling breakdowns, serving as the primary contact between TCs and the Multiplicator team, liaising with Traffic Control for daily issues, monitoring route deviations, tracking and reporting violations, providing insights on necessary route adjustments, managing stop and boarding point coordinates, monitoring for illicit activities, overseeing training programs, suggesting process improvements, and ensuring completion of boarding point handouts. The ideal candidate should be an Engineering graduate with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in intercity travel operations or logistics/last-mile operations. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and enhance operational efficiency. The role requires flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and willingness to travel regularly in North India. Fluency in English and Hindi, as well as strong communication, proactive, assertive, and team player traits, are desired.
