Job Description

Very Good knowledge of Automotive welded fixture design & standard parts used in Fixtures.
Very Good knowledge of Welding Standards (ISO/DIN/AWS/ASME).
Resting & Clamping Plan for sheet metal welded parts.
Very Good knowledge of Welding (Arc/Spot/MIG Welding) & Robotic welding.
Surface modeling and Creation of manufacturing drawings for sheet metal parts with good knowledge of GD&T Knowledge.
Good knowledge of design calculations & generation of concept designs.
Good knowledge of English language & Ability to work in an international team and strong communication skills.
Design Review with Customer.
Checking fixture Design and knowledge of CMM.
Solid understanding of FEM/FEA analysis & Creative and analytical thinking skills
Independent and systematic approach to work

Skills Required:

Qualification: BE Mechanical/Agriculture/Production.
Minimum 6 years experience for handling engineering & design projects for agricultural/construction equipment's.
Software Knowledge: Catia V6 Preferable/ ENOVIA V6 /Catia 3D exp./SolidWorks/ NX
Good knowledge of SAP & MS-365/Office skills
