Job Description

Design and develop Welding, Machining, Inspection and Assembly fixtures for manufacturing processes using CATIA.
Conduct feasibility studies, prepare and analyze design concepts to ensure functionality and manufacturability.
Select appropriate materials for fixture components based on project requirements and performance criteria.
Apply GD&T principles to ensure precise and accurate design specifications.
Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings for fixture components and assemblies.
Connect with clients for project reviews, data collection, and feedback to ensure alignment with their requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during the development and production phases.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in fixture design and CAD software
