Timely execution of Installation / Handover with Project Closure OTE
Timely response & Updating the site and project status to HO, Customers
Customer complaint resolution with Closure with RCA.
KSP (Knowledge sharing Programme)- Conducting Installation / Trouble Shooting / Spares Selection training to SHPL / SP/ CP / Authorized Installation contractors.
Regional After Sales Business as per KRA
Closure of Warranty and Non Warranty Tickets with in OTD
Conducting the Performance Audit / Campaign for the supplied products
Achieve the Targeted after Sales Business inline to the organization goals.
Minimize the QAR, Cost of Poor quality (FOC Supply)
