Job Description

As the Utilities and Fitout Coordinator at our company, your role will involve ensuring that all necessary utilities are provided to the occupants and tenants at Windsor Courtyard, a residential property located in Thane. Your responsibilities will include maintaining records of building drawings, coordinating with contractors for execution issues, overseeing building maintenance and upkeep, and ensuring all safety requirements are adhered to at the site. Your key deliverables will be: - Maintaining records of all building drawings. - Ensuring that all instructions and guidelines are followed as per the fitout manual. - Providing necessary permits such as Night work, hot work, and height work. - Coordinating security arrangements for fitout activities. - Monitoring and controlling work in progress according to the client's approved plan. - Completing Snagging and De-snagging work of flats and common areas. - Advising contractors on minor execution issues. - Ensuring that all work meets client design control specifications. - Daily visits to ongoing fit-out work for checking civil work layout. - Working closely with management to improve and maintain the building in a clean and maintenance-free condition. - Meeting with clients to resolve queries regarding working procedures, instructions, and material handling as per approved drawings. - Maintaining a fitout tracker. - Providing clients with suitable energy conservation plans. - Coordinating and maintaining the as-built drawing and transition document library. - Working closely with the regional RO / HO / SME / Training teams to ensure closure of all required reports. - Facilitating services under the slogan "No Safety No Work." Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma or relevant educational background in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 1-2 years of work experience. If you are analytical, meticulous, and have a background in Civil Engineering, this role could be a great fit for you.
