Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Fitness Manager. The Fitness Manager will oversee daily gym operations, develop and manage fitness programs, supervise personal trainers and group exercise instructors, and ensure a high standard of customer service. Additionally, the role involves promoting gym memberships, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the gym complies with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Minimum 4 years experience in fitness industry Personal Training and Exercise Physiology experience Knowledge of the Fitness Industry Strong leadership and management abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to inspire and motivate others Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field is preferred Relevant certifications (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM) are a plus Show more Show less
