Position:

Fitness Instructor / Trainer

Role Overview:

Fitness Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized and group fitness training sessions
• Assess members’ fitness levels and design customized workout programs
• Demonstrate and ensure proper exercise techniques and safety standards
• Motivate members to achieve their goals and maintain consistent attendance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the gym floor area
• Collaborate with the fitness and operations teams to ensure premium member experience

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of 

  exercise science, functional training, strength training, and cardio programming

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, guide, and connect with members
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and recovery principles

• CPR/AED certification

   preferred
• Minimum 

  6 months to 2 years

   of experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
