Key Responsibilities: Design Customized Programs: Create individualized workout routines that align with clients' objectives and physical capabilities. Conduct Training Sessions: Lead one-on-one and group fitness sessions, ensuring proper form and technique. Monitor Progress: Track clients' progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. Promote Wellness: Offer guidance on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and overall wellness to support clients' fitness journeys. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices to provide cutting-edge coaching. Qualifications Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization Experience: Minimum of 1 year in personal training or a related fitness role. Skills: Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills. Physical Fitness: Ability to demonstrate exercises and maintain a high level of personal fitness.
