Role & responsibilities Generates sales leads through Companysponsored (walk-ins and TIs) and employee sponsored (outreach, Buddys and internal promotions) Maintains accurate records of all Company-sponsored and employee-sponsored leads. Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems Conduct gym tours using established sales systems Conduct telephone inquiries using established sales systems Establish and maintain a minimum of 10 lead boxes/bowls in the community on a monthly basis Must establish and maintain a minimum required referral program as defined by Company standards Maintain FC planner using established software systems Must be current on Company pricing and promotion schedule Maintains information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff and policies. Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to and enforces Company policies and procedures as they pertain to gym operations. Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills. Prepares for, attends and actively participates in sales meetings. Maintains a positive relationship with the rest of the staff. Supports other staff in achieving their goals Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the Manager / Department Head/VP/Directors Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membership Makes courtesy calls to all new members (3rd, 10th, 30th day) and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using the gym. Enter Inquiry forms in software Make regular weekly reports Update social media post and handle account Take daily reports related to lead generation Preferred candidate profile Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills Must be able to successfully pass all testing requirements including gym tours, telephone inquiry, referral program and corporate outreach program. Achieve acceptable level of target per month Thorough understanding of membership sales systems Demonstrate understanding of the Daily Sales Stat report and its contents Basic computer skills Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales or Management graduate with excellent sales skills.
