Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage Fit-out Projects in line with Client Fit out Guidelines and sharing regular updates on Fit-out Projects. Ensure Fit out work is carried out without disturbing adjacent floor occupants. Ensure fire safety and Asset Safety aspect is complied while carry out of Fit out activity. Coordination for Client Visits with all Stakeholders. Assist Client SPOC for Liasoining work related Documentation and meetings with Government / Local body Authorities. Assist Property Manager for Building Compliance documentation and timely renewal as applicable. Support Property Manager for Annual Budget Preparation and Tracking Expenses. Support Property Manager for Incident reporting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and implementation of Best Practices and Innovations Coordinating with the maintenance of facilities, building, and equipment, as appropriate, to ensure optimum functionality; identifies, assesses, negotiates as necessary, and resolves building maintenance and usage problems. Timely Submission of MIS Reports, Daily Reports, MMR & QBR data. In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management, within the purview of the contract. Preferred candidate profile Strong interpersonal and communication skills Thorough knowledge of building management methods, principles, and practices. Knowledge of emergency/disaster/recovery plans. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to read, understands, follow, and enforce safety procedures. Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments. Knowledge of mechanical systems, building materials, and emergency maintenance. Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Ability to coordinate quality assurance programs in area of specialty. Ability to coordinate and/or supervise independent contractors BE with minimum 6+ years / Diploma with minimum 8+ experience in property maintenance services.
