Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound international calls effectively and professionally.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and addressing customer concerns.
Manage semi-voice activities such as responding to emails, chat, or back-office tasks as assigned.
Maintain proper documentation and update customer records accurately in the system.
Follow predefined processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with other teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
Meet individual and team performance metrics and targets.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain a positive attitude during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) mandatory.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric attitude with good problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts (including night shifts as per client requirement).
Prior experience in international voice or semi-voice process will be an advantage but freshers can also apply.
