Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products (savings, checking, credit cards, loans, etc.) via live chat.
Assist with transactional support, account information, online banking issues, and fraud-related queries.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy guidelines.
Accurately document interactions in internal CRM and banking systems.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments following escalation procedures.
Maintain high service quality, empathy, and professionalism across all chats.
Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, CSAT, and compliance accuracy.
Stay updated with international banking policies, product updates, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a
B.Com, B.B.A, B.A
, or
any Postgraduate degree
and
experience in Customer Support
