Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer inquiries related to banking products and services via chat, email, or phone.
  
• Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, fund transfers, card services, and loan-related queries.
  
• Process and resolve issues related to international transactions, payments, and remittances.
  
• Ensure adherence to international banking regulations, KYC, AML, and data privacy policies.
  
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in CRM and banking systems.
  
• Identify and escalate complex or high-risk cases to appropriate internal teams.
  
• Maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and turnaround time.
  
• Stay updated on banking products, procedures, and regulatory changes.
  

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 13 years of experience in banking or financial services

  (retail banking, corporate banking, or international banking process).
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, transactions, and compliance standards.
  
• Experience handling international customers or offshore banking processes.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Ability to work in rotational shifts aligned with international time zones.
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
