Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through various job portals (e.g., Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Conduct cold calling and engage potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases regularly.
Work towards achieving
monthly recruitment targets
within defined timelines.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Maintain effective communication and relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:

Fresher with strong communication skills can apply.
Candidates with
experience in volume hiring
(BPO, sales, field roles, etc.) will be given preference.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexible to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
