Job Description

Non-Voice International Banking Process

Key Responsibilities

Handle
customer queries via non-voice channels
(email, chat, tickets, back-office systems) related to UK banking products and services
Process requests related to:

Account information and maintenance
Transaction queries and reconciliations
Debit/credit card issues
Online banking support
KYC and documentation verification

Ensure
accuracy and adherence to UK banking regulations
and internal compliance policies
Maintain
SLA, TAT, and quality standards
as defined by the client
Document all interactions clearly and accurately in CRM/tools
Identify discrepancies or potential fraud and escalate as per procedures
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain data confidentiality and follow
GDPR and information security guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Any Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company policy)
05 years of experience
in International BPO / Banking / Financial Services (Non-Voice preferred)
Freshers with strong written communication skills may also apply

Required Skills

Excellent
written English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic understanding of
banking or financial services
Ability to follow process-driven workflows
Good typing speed and computer proficiency
Ability to work in
UK shifts
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in
UK banking or financial processes
Knowledge of
KYC, AML, GDPR
, or compliance standards
Experience working with CRM or ticketing tools
