Key Responsibilities Physical Security Inspect, test, operate, and maintain fire safety equipment and systems using hand tools, hydrostatic test equipment, and monitoring devices.
Coordinate with OE/AMC service providers for major maintenance, repair, and replacement of fire safety system parts.
Conduct daily monitoring and preventive maintenance of fire safety equipment and systems.
Carry out periodic testing and inspections of fire protection systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
Assist in fire safety inspections, mock drills, and emergency response activities. Develop, implement, and monitor health & safety plans in compliance with statutory regulations. Prepare and enforce safety policies to foster a culture of health, safety, and compliance within the workplace.
Evaluate existing processes, facilities, and practices to identify risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
Conduct awareness programs, training sessions, and presentations on fire safety, accident prevention, and occupational health practices. Monitor compliance with safety standards, laws, and organizational policies by inspecting employees, machinery, and operations.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive measures. Prepare reports on safety performance, compliance status, incident statistics, and improvement initiatives.
Recommend continuous improvements in safety systems, policies, and procedures. Qualification & Key Traits Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Fire & Safety (mandatory). Valid certification in Occupational Health & Safety.
Prior experience in Fire & Safety Management; Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, legal health & safety guidelines, and compliance standards
