Fire & Safety Officer Property and Asset Management Overview We are seeking a dedicated Fire & Safety Officer to ensure the highest standards of fire prevention and emergency preparedness at our site. This role involves overseeing fire safety systems, leading emergency response efforts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee fire suppression operations and emergency response as per command structure. Conduct equipment setup and support ERT (Emergency Response Team) during incidents. Plan and execute fire and life safety evacuation drills and training sessions for staff and occupants. Lead firefighting, rescue, and salvage operations at emergency sites. Carry out periodic lift evacuation and rescue drills. Secure affected structures post-fire to prevent rekindling. Manage fire equipment inventory, incident reports, and site-specific records. Participate in pre-fire planning studies and maintain updated pre-fire plans. Liaise with government authorities for renewal of statutory NOCs. Ensure fire equipment maintenance checklists, training logs, and related documentation are up to date. Site Dynamics Reporting To: Fire Safety Manager / Property Manager (as applicable) Work Schedule: As per site requirements (with property team coordination). Qualifications & Skills Diploma/Degree in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety. 35 years of experience in fire prevention, suppression, or emergency services. Strong knowledge of fire suppression techniques, firefighting systems, and emergency medical service practices. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to assess fire safety needs and recommend appropriate equipment.
