Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions in Fire & Safety (theory and practical).
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment papers as per the syllabus.
• Conduct practical demonstrations on fire prevention, safety equipment usage, and emergency procedures.
• Evaluate student performance and provide continuous guidance and support.
• Ensure discipline and productive learning environment within the classroom and training areas.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with academic coordinators and management for smooth batch operations.
• Stay updated on industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Assist in organizing workshops, mock drills, and safety awareness programs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or industry experience in Fire & Safety.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, industrial safety, emergency response, and safety compliance.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle practical sessions and live demonstrations.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
