Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fire & Safety Engineer to ensure the highest standards of safety and fire prevention at a leading healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospital environments or large organizations, with a thorough understanding of fire protection systems, emergency response planning, and safety audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain fire detection and protection systems (e.g., alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers).
• Conduct routine fire safety inspections and risk assessments throughout the facility.
• Develop and implement fire evacuation plans and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct staff training on fire safety protocols and emergency drills.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi safety regulations and hospital policies.
• Liaise with authorities and safety auditors as required.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a hospital or large company environment
• Familiarity with NFPA, OSHA, or Saudi Civil Defense codes is an advantage
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Candidates with Gulf experience preferred but not mandatory
