Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fire Officer to join our team at Destination Hotels in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience ensuring all fire safety systems, equipment, and procedures are maintained in line with statutory and brand standards.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct regular fire drills, safety inspections, and risk assessments across the hotel.
Train employees on fire safety protocols and emergency preparedness.
Coordinate with local authorities and manage incident reports.
Ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations.
Maintain fire safety systems, equipment, and procedures according to statutory and brand standards.
Develop and implement effective fire safety procedures and emergency plans.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering or Fire Technology from a recognized institute.
Additional certifications such as Fire Warden/Fire Marshal or knowledge of NFPA standards.
Minimum 2 years of experience in fire safety and management.
Possess strong knowledge of fire safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and risk assessment.
Demonstrate excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
