Finishes & Fitout WORKS

• Good knowledge in interior finishes such as all type of Plaster work & interior fitouts such as 1. All type of wall cladding works 2. All type of Ceiling works 3. All type of Flooring works 4. Ornamentals & Corniches works 5.All type of Faade & GRC Panel works 6.Landscape Softscape & Hard scape works and Lead the site independently with minimal supervision.

• Have previous experience in building construction site Finishes & interior works is preferable.

Role & responsibilities

• Review the drawings to raise the RFIs and BOQ's for any variations

• Through knowledge in execution of Finishes & interior elements

• Execute the all finishes & Interior works as per the set target lines

• Coordination with Structure/Wet finishes / All MEP services team members and respective contractors related to all kind of finishing /Fitout activities completion.

• Maintain a procurement tracker and ensure material delivery timelines are met as per the schedule

• Lead the project meetings and ensure client- contractor relationship is intact.

• Coordinate with Planning & Billing department to adhere the project schedule and bills

• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders like architect, vendors, client and PMC team

• Coordinate with multiple vendors for material delivery process and execute the works as desired.

• Understand the client requirements and lead the vendors for completion on time.

• Obtain approvals for material procurement from the project head and coordinate for material delivery

• Ensure proper bills, DC'S are maintained for project accounting purpose

• Cross check the measurements submitted by vendors and recommend for payments

• Check the JMS for final invoice submission

• Flexible to work along the site requirements and timings.

• Verify that all MEPF works are carried out compatibly before start of Interior Fitout Works as per specs.

• Must have knowledge of Residential Buildings Fit Outs and Commercial

• Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports

• Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and specification adherence

• Honest, discipline, self-motivated and hardworking

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• Preferred candidate profile. 10 -12 yrs experience in handling commercial projects and interior fitouts.

  Good knowledge in interior & Fitout finishes in Civil Projects.

• B.E / B. Tech- Civil having experience only in Finishes, Interior & Fit out works.

Required additional Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit module (Additional), MS Word, PPT & Excel Sheets.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, vendors and internal teams.
