We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to our Fine Arts Department. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for creative industries and a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Fine Arts, ensuring academic excellence and innovation.
• Develop and implement strategies for curriculum development, research, and industry collaboration.
• Mentor and guide faculty members to foster a collaborative and inspiring environment.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and initiatives for continuous growth.
• Cultivate strong relationships with industry professionals, stakeholders, and external partners to enhance student and departmental exposure.
• Ensure alignment of departmental goals with the organization’s overall mission and vision.

Organize workshops, exhibitions, and events to promote student talent and department visibility.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Fine Arts or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in academic or creative settings.
• Strong academic background and a deep understanding of the creative industries.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive initiatives that support department and institutional growth.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A Master's degree or higher in Fine Arts
