In the role of a Business Analyst at EY, you will be responsible for interacting with business stakeholders to understand the problem and collaborating with technical representatives to formulate, evaluate, and propose solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Interacting with business stakeholders to understand the problem and collaborating with technical representatives to formulate, evaluate, and propose solutions. - Capturing all solution agreements in high-quality requirements specifications and maintaining these to ensure accuracy of current and forecasted development work. - Serving as a product's functional subject matter expert, providing knowledge and context to business representatives and the technical delivery team. As a Business Analyst, you will also be accountable for managing the delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and effective risk management. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to continuous process improvement and the identification of innovative solutions. - Achieving own targets that impact the immediate team. - Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of junior colleagues or team members. - Providing technical guidance to colleagues to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved. - Meeting performance objectives and metrics set locally.
