Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Execute and enhance risk data controls: Perform rigorous screening and validation of risk data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness before use in risk generation.
GL/Sub-GL reconciliations and exception management: Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure integrity of books and records.
Understand end-to-end data flows: Cover system flows, accounting flows, and risk data lineage across Markets products.
Balance sheet substantiation: Validate risk data impacting financial reporting and regulatory metrics.
Analyze breaks and drive root-cause remediation: Reduce exceptions through robust data governance and structured workflows.
Prepare and maintain SOPs/runbooks: Support knowledge capture and transfer for seamless handover.
Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Treasury, Market Operations, and Technology teams: Ensure accurate risk reporting and compliance with control frameworks.
Serve as primary interface for second-line traded market risk teams: Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance standards.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building.
Engage in change management and culture integration activities.
