Responsible for I-GAAP reporting. Variance analysis of the financial statement on monthly basis.
Monthly presentation for CFO. •
Review of internal control over the financial presentation and finance department.
Ensure that compliance with accounting standard as per I-GAAP standard.
Risk and control monitoring for the finance function and ORMD.
Putting up various notes to Audit Committees and Board for Approval/Noting. Responsibility for preparation and review of board policy.
