As a Fund Servicing Specialist IV within JP Morgan's Financial Reporting Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive services to institutional asset managers. Your responsibilities will include reviewing primary financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory disclosure requirements. Analyzing client accounting records and escalating potential issues will be a key part of your role. You will be expected to interact with stakeholders to address any accounting or financial reporting-related queries that may arise. Recognizing opportunities to enhance processes, ensuring risk and control checks, and managing team objectives will also be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with partner sites, both locally and globally, will be essential in maintaining operational efficiency. To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of financial and regulatory reporting requirements, financial instruments, and accounting treatment. Your ability to lead in challenging situations, boost team morale, and provide high-quality client service will be vital for success. Preferred qualifications for this position include experience with IFRS/US GAAP, knowledge of Mutual funds/Hedge Fund/Capital Market, and a postgraduate degree or professional certification in Finance/Accounting such as CA/CPA.
