Eligibility

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3 Bachelors/Graduates) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related

field.

- All candidates should be comfortable with Night Shift / Split or Rotational Week-off / 5 Days Work From Office

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) to ensure accuracy and

compliance with IFRS.

- IFRS Compliance: Ensure adherence to all IFRS standards, implement new updates, and provide technical guidance to the finance team on IFRS-related issues.

- Regulatory & Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, respond to audit queries, and ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.

- Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and maintain financial reporting systems, controls, and procedures. Monitor and improve existing financial reporting processes.

- Transactional & Reconciliation: Prepare daily/monthly entries, reconcile accounts, and ensure balance sheets are accurate.

- Banking Sector Specifics: Handle financial reporting for specific banking activities such as global markets, financing activities, and derivatives (e.g., MTM bookings).

- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
