Financial Planning Manager

Job Purpose: As a financial advisor at Aditya Birla Capital in Kolkata park street, your main responsibility will be to provide strategic advice on a range of financial products and services to clients. You will be tasked with assessing the overall financial situation of clients, understanding their needs, and developing a comprehensive financial plan to guide them towards profitable and secure financial decisions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in recruiting quality advisors, providing them with support and training, and enabling them to procure investments from the market to effectively service customers. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire the necessary licensing to meet the yearly targets outlined in the Goal Sheet. - Provide on-the-job training, manage, and monitor the performance of advisors to help them achieve their set goals. - Maintain persistence for the investments procured by a team of Advisors to contribute towards the overall profitability of the team. Prerequisites: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, fluency in the local language, a willingness to travel within the designated city, strong interpersonal skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
