Job Description

We are seeking dynamic finance professionals with 1-6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial reporting, and the ability to support strategic decision-making through insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage
monthly rolling forecasts
,
annual budgets
, and
financial models
.
Perform
variance analysis
(Budget vs Actuals, Forecast vs Actuals) with detailed commentary.
Support
revenue accruals
,
billing
, and
project accounting
processes.
Deliver
monthly dashboards
,
P&L reports
,
margin analysis
, and
KPI reporting
.
Assist in
cost-saving initiatives
and provide financial insights for investment decisions.
Maintain
Work In Progress (WIP)
and
Bill In Advance (BIA)
records accurately.
Publish
account health dashboards
and create
ad-hoc reports
as needed.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Identify financial risks and provide early warning signals to stakeholders.

Required Skills:

CMA or MBA (Finance)
Strong knowledge of
FP&A

financial accounting

Advanced proficiency in
MS Excel
and
PowerPoint
Excellent
business communication
and presentation skills
Ability to work across

and meet tight deadlines
