Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

As an MIS and Chairman MIS, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and circulate data in a timely manner. You will be required to analyze the operational performances to identify any significant indicators. Moreover, you will need to integrate data with internal stakeholders to generate consolidated actionable reports. Another crucial aspect of your role will involve preparing for P&B/BRC/Board presentations and LE. This will include discussions and collation of data while ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for consolidating monthly actual data for regular reviews and estimates. You will also be in charge of providing information to external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with loan agreements, and furnishing data to credit rating agencies for rating exercises. In terms of expenses monitoring and control, you will conduct variance analysis for any off-budget items and maintain a database for comparison and analysis purposes. Furthermore, you will handle trackers and checklists related to bank guarantees, including their opening, tracking, renewals, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining checklists for loan agreements and contracts to prevent any compliance issues.,
