We are hiring an experienced individual for our CFO advisory services who will help our clients with MIS, reporting.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Associate located in Hyderabad. The FP&A Associate will be responsible for developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, supporting business planning, and conducting in-depth financial analysis. The individual will work closely with team members to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Business Planning skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and competencies in financial analysis
• 2-3 years experience in MIS reporting, reconciliations, controllership
• Excel savvy with ability to use LOOKUPs, Pivot tables, etc.,
• Excellent eye-for-detail, problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting / ACCA or CA Inter or like
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
