Financial Planning Analyst

As a member of our finance team at Amura, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and financial health. Your responsibilities will include managing and ensuring accurate closure of the company's books of accounts, preparing insightful Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, ensuring compliance with key regulations such as the Companies Act and Income Tax Act, identifying areas for process improvements, assisting in financial planning and analysis, preparing financial statements, and providing general finance support as needed. To excel in this role, you should hold educational qualifications such as being a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/MBA-Finance with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience or completed articleship. Your background in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting, along with exposure to healthcare or startup environments, will be considered a plus. You should have a deep understanding of GAAP, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and indirect tax regulations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial software such as Zoho books and advanced Excel skills, excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and senior management, as well as meticulous attention to detail in managing financial records.
