Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team at Soul AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel and financial planning tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
