Financial Planner

Job Responsibilities:Meet clients to understand their financial goals, income, and risk profile Prepare customized financial plans covering savings, protection, retirement, and investments Recommend suitable products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, etc. Review client portfolios regularly and suggest rebalancing when required Educate customers on financial planning, long-term wealth creation, and risk management Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing service and guidance Ensure all documentation, KYC, and compliance processes are followed correctly Work closely with internal teams to execute transactions smoothly Required Skills & Competencies:Good understanding of financial markets and investment products Strong communication and client-handling skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Sales orientation with ethical, advisory approach Qualifications:Graduate / Postgraduate (Finance/Commerce preferred) NISM / AMFI / IRDA certifications will be an added advantage Prior experience in wealth management / financial advisory preferred Compensation:Salary + incentives (as per company policy) Growth and learning opportunities within the organization
