As a Financial Planner / Advisor at Malverra, a direct-to-consumer western womenswear brand under House of Malkaa, your role will involve shaping the financial roadmap and supporting the fundraising journey. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive financial plan, building detailed financial models, and guiding budgeting and cash flow planning to prepare for raising external capital. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a comprehensive financial plan, including budgeting, projections, and ROI analysis. - Build detailed financial models for investor presentations and internal planning. - Support in crafting a compelling business plan that aligns with funding goals. - Collaborate with the founder to define capital needs and fund utilization. - Advise on cost optimization, margin improvements, and growth forecasting. - Provide benchmarking and market comparison insights to validate assumptions. **Qualifications Required:** - 0-2 years of experience in financial planning, FP&A, investment banking, or startup finance. - Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills and understanding of startup metrics (CAC, LTV, burn rate, etc.). - Prior experience working with D2C brands or in the fashion/lifestyle sector is a plus. - Ability to translate numbers into clear, strategic recommendations. - Self-driven, analytical, and excited about building from the ground up.
