Financial Operations Analyst

As a member of the team at Mudrex, you will be responsible for the following: - Preparation of Bank Transactions file from Bank Statement - Able to do the independent reconciliation from various files and statements - Conduct Banking transactions and inter-company funds movement - Visiting Various banks and coordinating with various bankers related to information and data - Able to handle banking operations and documentation for new account opening and other Banking related activities - Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping and Taxation - Analyze transaction patterns to identify discrepancies, errors, or potential improvements - Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, logs, and documentation for internal and external audits - Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards - Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to resolve issues and automate financial processes for efficiency Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in Financial Service roles - Expertise in MS Office - Strong understanding of the financial services industry and investment products (e.g., mutual funds, wealth management) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Finances and internal stakeholders - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills - Comfortable working in shifts - Must speak Hindi and English fluently,
