Requirements for this position include 0 to 5 years of experience, understanding innovative investment structures, possessing excellent writing and financial modeling skills, and hands-on experience in creating pitch books, information memorandums, and financial projections. Knowledge of real estate valuations, appraisals, and valuation metrics for listed companies in the real estate sector is also essential. Hands-on knowledge of Argus Enterprise is a plus.,
