Job Description

Responsibilities: Assist Management to formulate & execute strategies for a 75 Acre plus Mixed Asset Class Development & Industrial & Logistics department Assist in Long Range Planning for the Mixed Asset Class Development & Industrial & Logistics business and periodically monitor goals MIS management Trend analysis with respect to changes in the focus Real Estate Asset Classes Market analysis for identifying & targeting relevant tenants/Occupants for the mixed asset class segments Pricing analysis to determine rentals & sale value Preparation of strategy decks for Management review and board presentations Performance analysis of existing projects Assist Management in evaluation of transactions in case of full exit or strata sale Needs one who has the acumen for research but simultaneously reasonably strong in financial modelling- DCF valuation, Project feasibility, etc. Skills Required: High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge to prepare and understand P&L/MIS, cash flow analysis, capital allocation, IRR, NPV, Payback period Prior experience in real estate sector will be preferred Educational Background: MBA from a Premier B-School with Finance/Strategy as specialization BE(Civil)/B Arch Preferred
