Financial-L3 Support

As a Finacle L3 Support Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for providing advanced support for the Finacle Core Banking Solution (CBS) version 10.x. Your role will involve leveraging your deep domain expertise in the banking IT sector to manage EOD/BOD operations, troubleshoot production issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure continuous application availability. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting various Finacle modules such as Branch Operations, CASA, TD, Loans, Trade Finance, and Lockers. You will analyze and resolve product fatal errors, review application logs, monitor application services, and ensure service availability. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external service providers for issue resolution, log and track support tickets using Service Management tools, conduct primary testing, and assist in UAT for vendor fixes. You will also be responsible for performing application maintenance, following change management processes, raising CMAs for production deployment, and conducting DC-DR drills as per schedule. Furthermore, you will act as a Delivery Lead for Finacle-related projects, ensuring end-to-end issue tracking, resolution, and SLA compliance. You will facilitate collaboration between bank teams and vendors, lead discussions during vendor calls and client meetings, and maintain and circulate MoMs for all stakeholder meetings. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Finacle 10.x, a strong understanding of Core Banking operations, and proficiency in EOD/BOD operations, production support, and Finacle menu navigation. Your experience with service management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy will be crucial, along with excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management skills. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation abilities are also essential for success in this role. Additionally, you are required to hold one of the following certifications: ITIL4 Professional, PRINCE2, or PMP. Preferred attributes for this role include prior experience in managing large-scale Finacle implementations/support, exposure to UAT coordination and vendor management, and a strong understanding of banking compliance and regulatory environments.,
