As a Financial Head in the Building Material industry based in Surat, you will leverage your 10 years of experience in financial management, company secretary, and compliance to lead our financial functions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to drive the company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as overseeing accounting, treasury, and tax functions. As the Company Secretary, you will ensure compliance with company laws, regulations, and governance standards, manage corporate events, and maintain company records and documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving risk management and internal control processes. In this leadership role, you will provide financial guidance and support to the management team, develop and implement financial models and forecasts, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
