Financial Head - CA (Building Material)

As the Financial Head at our garment/fashion/apparel company based in Surat, you will be responsible for leading our financial management, company secretary, and compliance functions. Your role will involve overseeing all financial matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth and success. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, overseeing accounting, treasury, and tax functions. As the Company Secretary, you will ensure compliance with company laws, manage board meetings, shareholder meetings, and maintain company records. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements, managing relationships with auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders, and overseeing risk management and internal control processes. In your capacity as the Financial Head, you will provide financial guidance and support to management, develop and implement financial models, scenarios, and forecasts, and identify opportunities for revenue growth. To be successful in this role, you should have a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification with at least 10 years of experience in financial management, company secretary, and compliance.
