Responsibilities:
* Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) to meet business requirements.
* Develop and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and improve efficiency.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
* Integrate Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications and systems.
* Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
* Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues in the PSA platform.
Technical Skills Required:
* Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA modules.
* Strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA.
* Expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem.
* Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics, including configuration and customization.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
