Role & responsibilities

Oversee all control on the financial accounting of the company, managing the accounting records.
Analyzing financial data, monitoring expenditure vs budget.
Internal and External Audit Coordination and closure within timelines.
Direct and Indirect Tax Statutory Compliance.
Treasury management (Coordination with Bank for fundraising)
Coordination with External Rating agencies and closure within timelines.
Monitoring Internal control of the company.
Implementing finance and accounting policies and procedures.
Revenue assurance.
Participating in Budgeting process of the company.
Finalization of Monthly MIS and coordinate with stakeholder.
To oversee ongoing Finance IT Project
