Financial Controller

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.
  
• Implement strong internal controls and process improvements.
  
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external partners.
  
• Analyze financial data to identify risks, variances, and opportunities.
  
• Support management in strategic financial planning and investment decisions.
  
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  
• Minimum 812 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle).
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive approach.
