Job Description: Position: Finance & Operations Manager Industry: Dairy/FMCG Experience: 3-6 years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) + SAP Proficiency (ONLY Eligible) Location: Delhi Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Operations Manager with experience in the dairy industry to oversee financial planning, cost control, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be a CA with 3-6 years of experience , proficient in SAP , and possess strong analytical and leadership skills to drive financial performance in a fast-paced dairy manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor P&L, cash flow, and working capital to ensure financial stability. Conduct cost analysis (milk procurement, production, logistics) to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and audit requirements. Handle GST, inventory accounting, and dairy-specific financial regulations. SAP & ERP Operations: Manage SAP FI/CO modules for financial transactions, cost accounting, and product costing. Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation in SAP. Generate MIS reports for management decision-making. Operations & Cost Control: Oversee procurement, production costing, and supply chain finance. Analyze variances in milk procurement, processing, and distribution costs. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Stakeholder & Team Management: Liaise with banks, auditors, and government bodies for financial compliance. Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for financial alignment. Mentor finance and operations teams for process improvement. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory. Experience: 3-6 years in finance & operations , preferably in dairy/FMCG/manufacturing . Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP (FI/CO/MM modules) , Excel, and financial modeling. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of dairy supply chain, milk pricing, and processing costs. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
