Financial Control Manager

In 2019, SkySpecs introduced Horizon, a platform offering a multi-layered solution for customers including data collection, wind turbine blade engineering expertise, and collaboration space for stakeholders to manage and analyze vast amounts of data, identify trends, and develop plans for high-cost repair campaigns. The acquisition of two companies specializing in wind turbine drivetrain monitoring and financial management in 2021 has further expanded our asset management portfolio, aiming to reduce the cost and risk of operations for the industry. As a Manager - Financial Control at SkySpecs, you will collaborate closely with the Group Controller to support key controllership and compliance functions for SkySpecs and its subsidiaries. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, providing financial reporting support, and coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, consultants, and external auditors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing a robust financial control environment, driving system and process improvements, and contributing to the development of the finance team as SkySpecs continues to expand globally. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Indian statutory requirements, preparing and reviewing financial statements for international entities, collaborating with regional and global accounting teams, liaising with external auditors, and supporting digital transformation projects such as ERP optimization, automation, and process enhancements. The ideal candidate for this position will have 5-6 years of relevant accounting and reporting experience in a multinational environment, a strong understanding of Indian statutory regulations, corporate taxation, and compliance requirements, experience in ERP implementations with familiarity in NetSuite being advantageous, exposure to internal controls, audit processes, and month-end close procedures, and prior experience in Big 4 accounting firms, finance shared services, or global delivery centers (GDC) is preferred.
