Job Description

Responsibilities:

Investor Communication & Reporting:

Prepare and distribute quarterly investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution statements.
Respond promptly and accurately to investor inquiries.
Maintain and update investor CRM systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Fundraising Support:

Assist in preparing pitch decks, due diligence materials, investor presentations, and other fundraising collateral.
Coordinate investor meetings, including managing data rooms and administrative follow-ups.
Track investor commitments, manage subscription documents, and maintain deal-related documentation.

Data & Analytics:

Analyze fund performance metrics and portfolio data for investor updates and presentations.
Collaborate with finance and asset management teams to compile performance insights and reporting inputs.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all investor communications comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
Maintain organized records of investor correspondence, agreements, and reports.
Manage investor data rooms and record meeting minutes as necessary.
