Job Description

Job Title:

Finance Analyst

Responsibilities will include:

GL Accounting in Oracle
Cash and Bank Reconciliation
Booking of Accruals and Prepaid Journal Entries
Working on Financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement)
Preparing the financial statements and SEC reporting documents
Assisting in preparing 10K and 10Q documents
Assisting with ad hoc financial analyses requested by Senior Management
Working on Dashboards for senior management
Understanding of REIT product

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
13 years of business-related experience
Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau and Essbase is an advantage
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
Possesses a strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and a positive attitude
Highly organized
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
