**Role Overview:** As a Finance Analyst at our company, you will be part of a global, multicultural, collaborative, fun, and agile work environment. Your main responsibilities will include working closely with key stakeholders from the business to support monthly reporting activities and strategic projects. You will also be involved in supporting a development department with various financial and reporting tasks such as project work and operational tasks. Your role will require you to collaborate with colleagues and counterparts in Global Business units to ensure accurate rolling forecasts, track actual cost development, and provide actionable recommendations for management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Efficient control and ongoing monitoring of monthly reports, particularly operating expenses - Creating monthly PowerPoint presentations to illustrate ongoing business development - Independently supervising an extensive project in the area of ordering, as well as planning and executing a training program for team colleagues - Participating in the further development of existing reports and expanding the reporting system - Contributing to the continuous improvement of controlling processes - Carrying out general administrative tasks **Qualifications Required:** - Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience or completed bachelor's degree, preferred Masters - Ideally, 3+ years of job experience with relevant skillsets - Strong analytical skills, creative and flexible thinking, and the ability to think interdisciplinary - Advanced Excel skills are a must, and macro knowledge is a plus - Proactive working style with a getting-things-done mentality - Structured and strategic approach to tasks with problem-solving oriented action - Friendly, resilient, uncomplicated, and a personality with a kick - Fluency in English in written and speaking - Basic knowledge of SAP and BW is a plus **Additional Company Details:** At our company, we value a diverse mix of people, believing it leads to a more vibrant, innovative, and productive team.
