Job Description

responsible for managing secure fund transfers, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate claims data while coordinating with internal project teams and stakeholders. This role requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and proficiency in relevant tools and systems to support fund distribution and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute payments to qualified claimants using wires, e-payments, cheques, and approved banking platforms.
Review claim reconciliation reports and validate distribution files shared by project teams.
Maintain accurate claims data, ensuring confidentiality and transaction integrity.
Track tasks, manage tickets, and generate reports using tools like Monday.com, CAS, and Court Link.
Review request tickets, provide necessary reports, and assign roles.
Coordinate with internal project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and proactive issue resolution.
Perform routine administrative tasks such as bank reconciliations, check file generation, reissues, case closures, and special requests including EIN applications, funding invoices, and non-class member payments.
Communicate effectively with project team members to ensure clear understanding of processes and requirements.
Accurately track hours worked on each project and maintain documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
Experience in bank reconciliation and tax filing preferred.
Comfortable working with minimal supervision and flexible with shifts.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Monday.com; high proficiency in Excel.
Experience in the legal field or service industry is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment.
